My 10 yr old Granddaughter was here this weekend for my birthday and that was great, but she made me laugh so hard I cried! She was looking at my email list and saw the Guild list and clicked on it.
She came in the living room to tell me there was something wrong with one of my email sites and brought me in to show me. She said she had clicked on the "tk games list" but there were no games on it and thinks I should click on spam because it must be a bogus site and wanted to know what a groupee was. All there is are a bunch of people talking about knitting on it. Everyone thought I was having a medical breakdown or something because I was laughing so hard.
Had to share it. Had never noticed the way the logo for the site could be misread, but now I do every time I see it. DH says he always knew I was just playing around on the computer and it will be a running joke in the family for a long time I think.

Funny!

I often think this group isn't what it seems as well---in a good way that is! We talk about other topics but mostly it is knitting. I like it that way but sometimes I guess knitting is kind of game we all play. Imagine a group that only talks about knitting how strange! :-)

Ar you trying to tell me there are other groups on the internet where they don't talk about knitting?
