Wow! I thought I knew how to increase , but swatch three has been giving me fits. I bet I frogged at least five times before I got my rhythm going. What a feeling of accomplishment once it finally clicked. After reading some of the posts I don't feel so alone.

Congratulations ! I bet you will NEVER forget how to do that increase again. I love when the light bulb goes on, don't you.
That is when I learn the most. I am having a tough time with a Melissa Leapman increase. I can do a one to three stitch increase, but the way she seems to want it done has really stumped me. I looked in every book I have and can find, checked my DVD's, and still can't figure this one out. I'm picking some brains, and waiting for a response back on this one. Arggggg. I tried, and tried, just can't seem to "see" what she is describing in her books. If anyone else has Leapman books, look for the Central Double Increase (the way she does it), and let me know if it goes by another name.
