Jodlyn,
If this decrease is the one I'm thinking of, I found a reference to how it's done in Stanley's book. I had to do a similar decrease for one of my Level 1 swatches and I had never seen it before. If memory serves me, you need to actually knit the stitch first, slip it back to the left needle and then slip the second stitch on the left needle over the knitted stitch you put back on the needle, then slip the knitted stitch back onto the right needle. It's not hard and sounds more complicated than it is. Hope this helps and if I'm wrong, someone will correct me, but I do believe that's what you're looking for.

If you look at the Masters Knit Bibliography forum you will see that there is an entry for KSP.

When I got to swatch 8 and saw this decrease, it almost made me rip my mind out of its bed. I looked through all my reference books ( and I have more than a few)and found SKP in Stanley's book. But KSP is in M. Righetti's Knitting in Plain English in her chapter on increasing and decreasing.
DianaD is right, this is how Righetti explains it in her book. Good Luck

mdela,
I don't know about being in Maggie's book, but just so you know, it is in Stanley's book, pages 117-118, figure 2.151, with the KSP part explained on page 118. So if you need references like I do for the Master's levels, this is one of them. Hope this helps. Smiler
