I am on the third swatch in the first portion of the BBB course. I am on the row where it asks you to start the increases. The instructions say...ending on a WS row. Does that mean you do the wrong side row first then do your increases on the right side of the fabric? Because the next part of the instructions say to KNIT with your increases. So that would be on the right side of the fabric. I am soooo confused. I would appreciat any help. Thanks guys. Confused

From the way you phrased your question, I would guess that you are being told specifically to end with a wrong side row before doing your increase row. Increases generally are done on the public side (right side) of an item although not necessarily. Given this is a Basics course, I think that planning to do your increases on the public side would be a safe bet.
