Greetings:

I seem to be missing something.

I was under the impression that in the "member's only" section located on this site there were archived knitting patterns from Cast On Mag.

Am I misinformed? Am I looking in the wrong place?

I have ordered the mag. Cast On (that is the correct name I hope) and I am looking forward to its arrival.

I think you might be thinking of the MASTERS Knitting Program articles that are archived from 2002 or 04 in some cases.
There are a few scattered patterns, but not all patterns from all issues archived are included. There are designer copyright issues prior to 2002 (different company ran CAST ON) so the copyright protection didn't travel with the Offinger Company.
Look under CAST ON index, under ADVANCED, put in a year you might be interested in, and whatever is highlighted is available.

If anyone can correct me further, please add on.

By the way, I have all the issues, if there is a pattern you are interested in, let me know. I will of course respect Copyright Laws.

Yes, there are patterns. You need to do a member login. When the Members page loads, scroll down and you'll see a link:

Thank you all for the replys. It is appreciated. I did find all the patterns mentioned.

But I am very disappointed! Frowner

No patterns for men: except hats and socks.

We men like "free" pattern stuff too! Cool

Maybe a sweater would be nice!

David,

That is why it is so nice to have a mix of folks here to point these things out to us all!

Come on CAST-ON/TKGA get some patterns up for EVERYONE!

David may be you had better start designing!

I agree there should be a better mix for all.
