I am headed off to a confrence in Santa Fe and will be away from my stash for four days. Is there a LYS close to the plaza where I will be? I always like to see what is in a store that I haven't been to and besides I might need a project besides the four I am bringing. Any body know? is there a yarn store locater on the net somewhere like map quest?
I don't travel much but I do have fun when I do.

There are no yarn shops near the plaza. The best in Santa Fe is Needle's Eye at 839 Paseo de Peralta, Ste. 0.

I've never been there but there is also Santa Fe School of Weaving at 614 Paseo de Peralta.

If you get to Albuquerque, Village Wools has just moved to a new location near Anaheim in the NE quadrant. It is EXCELLENT.

Well as it turned out searching for the stores gave me a work out and quite the tour of the touristy parts of Santa Fe. Sad to say I wasn't able to see the inside of either store due to time conflicts.
They weren't open when I had time.
Other than that I had a great time there.
