I would like to find the above yarn which is advertised on their site. I live in South Dakota and called a few places to order it, but they don't have it. It is a sock yarn. Has anybody seen this in a shop? If so, may I have their name and contact info? They are having a contest, and you must use their yarn, and I have an idea for socks.

I googled Aslan Trend yarns and got a website. Here's a link to the page for the stores that carry their yarns. <http://www.aslantrends.com/where_to_buy.html> It looks like there are supposed to be stores carrying their yarns in South Dakota.

If you already did this and the stores they list don't carry their yarns, you may want to get in touch directly with the company to see if they have a more current list of stores.

The same search that gave me the company also listed some on-line sites that are supposed to have this yarn.

Thanks. I was using the contacts from that site, and I called several places, and found out that the sock yarn is just coming out now. A store ordered it and should have it this week and will contact me so I can have them mail it to me. Then I will have some fast knitting to do! This could be a problem, since my hand is hurting from the computer at work, and that affects my knitting, too. Thanks for checking on this.

Talked to a friend yesterday and she says she just tried the aslan yarn and will definately be using more of it. She told me to watch my mailbox and I might be able to say I like it too. Hope she meant it.
