I looking to buy Alice Starmore Scottish Campion Yarn.

I feel like a klutz because I don't know where to purchase this yarn except eBay.

The yarns used in her older, more famous books are not made anymore. She has a new website with her daughter that has some yarns and as I recall she mentions which ones substitute for which yarns.

For "shetland" weight yarn, Jamison's and Jamison & Smith carries similar type yarn in a variety of colors. There is also a Starmore Yahoo group which you could join. Members of that group could probably give you lots of information on how to substitute yarns.
