I think you will have more luck finding a pattern to match a particular yarn weight you want to use. Needle sizes are suggestions to get a specific gauge -- patterns are not usually written for specific needle sizes because different knitters using the same needles will knit differently.

Try googling Aran sock pattern You could also check out what's at Socknitters website

Also check out knitpicks. They have free patterns or ones you can download for $1.29.
