I see that you are a new poster here. At this forum board, as well as most other boards, one generally does not ask to have a copy of a pattern sent to them because there are copyright issues. You can ask to be directed to pattern sources, or even ask to purchase a pattern but please do not ask anyone to make a copy for you -- unless it is a copy of their own design.

Fiber Trends has a great felted clog pattern. Many yarn stores carry this pattern -- you could find out sources by doing an on-line search for Fiber Trends clog pattern.
