i have a intarsia sweater with a golf ball hole in the front from moth damage. how can i repair this?

ouch. there is a booklet called flawless knit repair that I have used on multiple occasions, perhaps if you google it you can get directions either off the net or where you can find the book. Part of the thing you should do is carefully wash the sweater before you embark so that any hidden holes will show up. I researched a bit and this may help.
