I just sent my Level 1 submission (yay!) and it was accepted, so send yours on. I got my confirmation email a few minutes ago. Congratulations on Level 3. What an achievement!

The committee accepts submissions at any time. Level 3 submissions go to 3 committee members. The holidays may slow things up a bit.
