I was wondering which yarn would be a good start for Level 1. In the instructions, they give a list, but it is for hand knitters. I am using a standard gauge machine. I am looking for suggestions on type and manufacturer. Thanks!!

Is Level 1 a beginner??
Yoeman Cashmilon has a nice feel and shows good stitch definition.

Trenado is very forgiving, comes in a wide range of colors, washes and wears like iron, and knits very well at T6,7,or 8. It's 9oz cones..so you can buy a lot of colors..Good for kids and fair isle.

Yarn Country cashmere/wool is a finer yarn T 4,5...but is luscious knitted up.

Bramwell Roselan is a good all around acrylic.
