Here are some references for the KSP decrease. As I mentioned in an earlier post, many books discuss this decrease, they just avoid giving it a name. I didn't develop the abbreviation but I think it is a pretty good one since it more or less describes the decrease.

Vogue Knitting, page 46 (Single right-slanting decrease: Version A)

Montse Stanley, Handbook of Knitting, page 118

June Hemmons Hiatt, Principles of Knitting, page 59 (Knit Right Pullover)

I'm sure there are more references for this technique but these are the classic ones. This is an unusual decrease which often better mirrors the SKP when the slipped stitch has been distorted. Both are fairly noticeable decreases.

In the updated Vogue Knitting (2002) the single right-slanting decrease: version A is on page 44.

Note: this version twists the stitch.
