Does anyone know of a good reference book that helps explain question #5 the one about increasing even spaced across the row. A number of years ago when I was going to do this level I had a reference book that explain it really well but now I can't find the explanation anywhere. I know how to answer the question but there was a good math explanation to go along with the answer.

In "Knitting for Dummies" on page 131 increasing evenly is explained, with the mathmatical explanation. I can E-mail it to you if it would help.
